createCustomerContactsDataset

calls:xct_spDSLCreateEmptyCustomerContactDataset; This creates a blank customer contact dataset. This is very usefull when adding a new customer contact. First, create a blank contact dataset by calling this function. Then add rows to the dataset to be passed to the add contacts function.

Test
